Vail, Colorado - My Favorite Place
I have traveled quite often in my lifetime, as it is one of my passions, but my absolute favorite place in the world is my home state - Colorado. More specifically, Vail, Colorado.
Vail, Colorado. I was born and raised in a suburb of Denver called Highlands Ranch, Colorado. From the time that I can remember, my family has made it a tradition to spend time at our mountain home in Vail, Colorado. We enjoy skiing and hiking, like many mountain attendees do, but what we love to do when there is little to no snow in Vail, is walk around Vail Village. Here is a picture of Vail Village.

Oh, this is super, Madeline: a lot of students write about Colorado for this post, but you are actually from that beautiful state. Wonderful! I was in Keystone summer before last, and I can definitely appreciate the joys of Colorado mountains in the summertime. How great that you will have an excuse to keep going back to Vail again and again!

Colorado looks like a such fun state to be able live in or even visit. I’d love to go to Colorado and do all kinds of skiing, hiking, and touring! I’ve been there once but it was only in the airport and that sucked because it looked beautiful outside but I couldn’t look around too much. Vail looks like such a cool town to be able to visit. To me it looks like your stereotypical movie setup for a ski town. It is awesome to be able to call that your favorite place and I am jealous that you got to live in such a cool state compared to Missouri.
